TESC120 – Use a Lift
Happy Friday! With the long holiday weekend, Friday sure did come fast this week. Today Jon and I are heading to the Creating Keepsakes convention in Des Moines so that should be fun! Perhaps he’ll learn something new about being a Stamper’s Spouse for his next blog post. *grin* I’ve been excited to ink up more of the images from the new In the Park stamp set and today’s sketch was the perfect opportunity! I started by cutting the three squares and stamping a different image inside each one. Then I colored the images with Copics. For the larger piece of the sketch, I made a bit of a stretch and used the tree. I cut out and popped up the trunk of the tree and then added various green buttons from my stash as the leaves. To finish it off I stamped the sentiment, popped up the paper-pieced kite, and added a crystal swirl to satisfy the swirly part of the sketch. Oh I just *love* how it turned out! Most of the ingredients I used on this card are from the Summertime Project Pantry kit.
Thanks for stopping by today! I hope you all have a wonderful day!
