Sweet Treat
I had an agenda with today’s card… sweet and simple! I achieved the sweet by using the ice cream cone from Kim Hughes’ Little Gal set. I stamped the image with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored it with Copic markers. Then I added the ‘yum’ sentiment from the Sweet Spring set. And where better to go for simple layout inspiration than Julie Ebersole’s blog, Paper Trufflez? I spotted this beauty right away and searched for a few patterned paper scraps to match my image. Then I added a strip of black swiss dot ribbon and a pink square button. The background is embossed with the Cuttlebug Swiss Dots embossing folder and the image panel is popped up on foam tape. See?
