Valentine Cards, Tags, and Treat Box Inspiration!
Hi Crafty Friend, Rachel here! I have even more Valentine’s Day inspiration to share with you today, full of ideas you can really put to use. Handmade cards will always be a Valentine staple, but I love that this collection also makes it easy to create tags and treat boxes for Valentine gifts and exchanges.
Valentine exchanges bring back fun memories from childhood, and now many of us are help our own kids or grandkids with their classroom Valentines! These days, some schools limit the exchange of candy, so it’s nice to have creative ways to dress up non-candy treats like stickers, pencils, or tiny toys. A handmade tag or treat box adds that special touch and makes even the simplest gift feel exciting to receive!
Our Creative Team has more inspiration to share, showing how these new goodies work beautifully for cards, tags, and treats. You’ll find plenty of ideas below to help own crafty projects.

Jen Shults created a beautiful mix of projects using the new Valentine goodies. She showed how easy it is to mass-produce cards and tags with the Design Duo Layering Stencil – Simple Tags Valentine and Heart to Heart collection. She used the Postmarked – With Love collection to create a more detailed card with plenty of layers and texture.
Lori Craig leaned into purples for her Valentine projects. She used the new Design Duo Layering Stencil to make tags and added one to a treat box created with the Petite Parcel Die. Her card pairs the Postmarked – With Love collection with the Happy Mail Die & Clear Stamp Combo for a layered, mail-inspired design.
Deby Bauer used plenty of white space in her heart-filled backgrounds. She used the Heart to Heart collection with Happy Half Sheets to mass-produce cards, and also worked with the exclusive $100 and $200 Gifts with Purchase, adding color to a few of the elements in the background.
Emily Mydlowski created a set of super cute Valentine cards! Her first card uses the Sweet Talk bundle and new Full Heart and Petite Scallop Full Heart Stacklets to create an adorable box of chocolates. The trio of cards in the middle features the exclusive $100 and $200 Gifts with Purchase in classic reds and pinks, while her final card puts a spin on Valentine’s Day by using the Postmarked – With Love collection in non-traditional colors that still feel perfectly Valentine-worthy.
