Hi Lyn, I am presently foiling a bunch of halloween panels. Foiling is a neat process, made really simple by TE. Panels are printed with a toner, that is run through a heated machine with foil. The foil adheres to the toner & makes pretty accents to card panels. There is another type of foilng system involving plates but I don’t use one so I’m no help there. The two systems used different types of foil and are NOT interchangeable! Ask me how I know!
I use an Anna Griffin Minc machine. I’ve had it for years. Some people use a laminating machine & that works for foiling, but again, I use the Minc. It has different heat settings (laminators only have 1) to make the perfect finish. TE has a beautiful selection of foil colors & tons of preprinted panels & sentiments. TE has rolls of foil. I find it the better way to buy. Other choice is sheets & they work too, but I find they’re tougher to handle & there’s more waste. Hope this makes sense & helps.

Can someone explain how to use the foils. Is there a video?
