Little Town of Bethlehem
Here’s another ATC that I made for the participants in my swap. I finally finished all 80 ATC’s over the weekend so it feels good to have that checked off my to do list! A quick reminder to the participants: your swaps must be postmarked by Saturday, November 17th! The image and sentiment are by Elzybells. I colored it with Copics and added a little rhinestone to the star. The patterned paper is Shimmer Glitter Snow Brights from the Heidi Grace Frost Collection. It’s one of those papers that already feels embossed and looks glittered without any effort on your part! Love the Heidi Grace papers! Thanks for stopping by today! I’ve got a few other bits of news to share:
1. Some of you have already asked about my craft fair over the weekend. Unfortunately, I forgot my camera (again) so I have no pictures to show. The show was at a friend’s home and we were hoping for better traffic, but overall I’m happy with the sale! At most of my shows in the past, gift items and card sets have been big sellers. But at this show I sold almost exclusively individual cards. It just goes to show how each sale is so different. That’s why it’s so hard to prepare for them! You just can’t predict the buying habits of every group!
2. Only about 10,000 more hits before the 1 million mark! Make sure you check back often because as soon as the counter reaches 1 million (or as soon as I realize it has reached 1 million), the party will begin!
3. I received some exciting news last week! I had to keep it under my hat for a few days, but I’ve been given the go-ahead to share. I’ve been selected for the Glue Art & Paper Studio Design Team! They are manufacturer of some awesome alterables and I can’t wait to get started! I already have several ideas rolling around in my head! Thank you Vicki & Kelli for bringing me on the team and congratulations to the other members of the design team: Suzy Haghighi, Susan Liles, Dawn Ryan-Chau, Becky Swaidan, and Kris Hankins! I’m looking forward to working with you!
