It’s the 8th of September already which means it’s time for another Divine Design Challenge! With all of the excitement of my new stamp release I’ve been reminded of this verse:

“Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good, His love endures forever.”

I felt incredibly blessed as my dreams came to reality this weekend. From friends to family to new customers, everyone has been so supportive and encouraging. So many times I had a strong sense to stop what I was doing and give thanks to the Lord, for He truly is good. I’ve been excited to use some of my new Stampin’ Up designer papers so I grabbed the Haiku Collection for this card. I love the pretty fall-ish colors! I laid out the verse using the JustRite Harmony Rectangular Stamper. I love the large size of this stamper and how you can use different fonts to create almost everything… even something as long as a Bible verse! I used the Special Occasions and Brayton fonts for the verse and the Small Letter Set to write out Psalm 118:29. The flower images are from Stampin’ Up’s Fabulous Flowers and the Olive polka dot ribbon is from TE. Make sure you check out what the other Scripture Chicks designed for the challenge: Jami Sibley, Angel Wilde, Nancy Morgan, and Lori Craig.

Speaking of Lori Craig, you’ll want to check out this wonderful card she made for the cupcake sketch challenge! I love the masculine look she achieved and how she stamped her half-circle element. Lori will be the Featured Cupcake Sampler this Friday! Thanks for stopping by today! Hope you all have a wonderful day!
