Blog Design Team: Singing in the Rain
It is Friday, crafty friends! Today, Blog Team Designer Wanda Guess has created a sweeter than sweet friendship card that will have you singing in the rain.

Now, here’s Wanda to tell you all about her happy project:
Hi everyone! Wanda here with a sunny card sure to lift someone’s
spirits. I love umbrellas because they just seem so cheerful – and I
love rain! The Little Bits – Umbrella die is the perfect size for a card
front, and the Raindrops Embossing Folder is the perfect compliment.
I
first cut out a circle with cream cardstock. Then I ran the circle back
through my Big Shot to emboss it with the raindrops. (Tip: If you emboss
it first, when you cut your circle, the embossed parts will be flattened
in the machine.)
I had fun paper piecing the umbrella with pretty
cardstock to match the patterned paper. A sweet sentiment in crisp black
finishes off the card.
