Holiday Gift Giving Week: Gift Card Holder Tag!
Happy first day of December! We hope you have been enjoying our Gift Giving Week and all the wonderful projects created by our Creative Team. We are so excited for the holidays and we hope you are feeling creative because we have something absolutely gorgeous to share with you. Jen Shults has put together a gift card holder that is so beautiful any recipient will want to keep it forever! It’s a lovely way to dress up a gift card! Attach to a coordinating mini gift or even hang it from your tree! Check out her step-by-step instructions below…
Step 1: Die cut the following pieces:
Tag Pocket from Sugar Cube
Tag Stacklets 1 from Toffee (x2)
Stitched Rectangle Stacklets from Sugar Cube
Step 2: Stamp pine needles on one Toffee Tag Stacklets 1 piece with Sweet Basil ink.
Step 3: Stamp Merry Christmas on Red Pepper cardstock and emboss with gold embossing powder. Die cut with Stitched Banner Stacklets
Step 4: Stamp “To: / From:” on Sugar Cube square and emboss with gold embossing powder
Step 5: Stamp and die -cut the following from Holiday Florals on Shimmer White cardstock:
Leafy branch in Sweet Basil (x2)
Poinsettia in Cherry Pop and Mulled Wine
Berry branch in Toffee
Pear in Versamark, emboss in gold embossing powder
Holly leaves in Peapod
Holly berries in Cherry Pop
Step 6: Cut a Red Pepper rectangle to fit just inside the edges of the back pocket of the tag.
Step 7: Assemble your tag as shown with the following notes:
Step 8: Pop up the sentiment on foam tape
Step 9: Pop up the pear on foam tape
Step 10: Cut ribbon and thread through hole in tag and secure with a twine bow
