We Just Fit
Happy, happy Valentine’s Day, crafty friends! Have you been spreading love-day cheer? Well, today is the perfect to day to continue to create something for someone you love, as designer Shannon White shows us with her darling card. Check it out and share L-O-V-E!
Happy Valentine’s Day! Since I had my V-Day supplies out, I thought it would be the perfect chance to create a card for my darling hubby for our next anniversary! Not to mention I have been wanting to break out TE’s Pieces of my Heart Stamp and Die Combo for the longest time! I sure hope he likes it. My mats and backgrounds were created with a bit of Toffee cardstock that I had previously cut out a Stitched Square for a previous project, but saved the negative to create this fun card base — it’s makes the perfect little window.
I added some Cherry Pop cardstock stamped with TE’s Brushed Hearts Background stamp and cut out a larger Stitched Square and layered it perfectly onto my Toffee card base. The Cherry Pop stitched square die-cut was then turned over to the blank side and adhered to the inside of my card. Next I just added my layered Pieces of My Heart die-cut with a bit of foam tape and topped it off with a Stitched Heart Stacklet. I had added my hubby and my initials too, with a white gel pen. Super cute and super easy-peasy! Lastly I stamped a couple Pieces of my Heart sentiments, one on a tab for the front and the other inside and added a fun heart die-cut from my stash topped with one of TE’s new Enamel Shapes.
