Peace
It’s been a crazy week, crafty friends! This week, we released a ton of new, fun products, including stamps, dies, and tools and we’re busy packing up orders and shipping out goodness! (To check out all the new products, visit the TE Store HERE.) So, we thought it would be nice to step into the weekend with a beautiful card from Creative Team member Shelly Mercado. It has just about the perfect sentiment and we hope you find some creative joy in it as she tells you more about her lovely card.
A Note from Shelly about her card…
This was a fun and relaxing card to create. I embossed the image with silver embossing powder onto watercolor card stock and used Kuretaki Gansai Tambi watercolor and Starry Colors Metallic watercolors to create my stained glass window. I embossed the background with the Brick embossing folder and embossed an extra piece, which I trimmed by tearing carefully to for some visual texture to help break up all the white. I lightly watercolored the smaller embossed piece and used foam tape to add a little more dimension. 
To finish my card, I die-cut the Peace Script sentiment from Deco Foil Toner Sheets twice, and ran it through my laminator with Deep Blue and Gold foil. I like the bright pop of colors on the white background.
