Easy Strips Inspiration!
Hi Crafty Friend, Taylor here! Easy Strips are a great way to clean up your scrap stash and turn them into something beautiful! These little strips are a fun and simple way to turn leftover cardstock into bold backgrounds, playful patterns, and eye-catching designs.
We’ve just added a few new products so you can do even more with your strips! We have fun new patterns and something we hadn’t yet done with Easy Strips… FOIL! I have inspiration from our Creative Team below to show how fun and versatile Easy Strips can be. If you haven’t gotten into stripping yet, it’s the perfect time to jump in!

Amy Kolling created a cute cupcake card using the new Foil It – Playful Patterns for Easy Strips! She paired pink and teal foiled strips with the cupcake from the Create-in-Quads Layering Stencil – Celebrate in Style. The foiled patterns and fun color combo make her strip background the perfect backdrop for that tasty focal point!
Jill Hawkins created a bright and cheerful card using the new Foil It – Playful Patterns for Easy Strips! She added extra sparkle and shine with stars cut from the Star Stacklets Die Set and sentiment from Foil It – Shiny Happy Sentiments. Bold, colorful, and full of joy!
Jen Shults used a soft and dreamy color combo featuring some of our newest shades! You’ll spot Royal Icing, Tiki Mule, Persimmon, and Honeydew Melon in the mix.

Melody Rupple used Foil It – Playful Patterns for Easy Strips with one of the Easy Strips Maps to create this beautiful pattern. She uses the every order freebie, A Year In Bloom Stamp – August, with the vase from A Year in Bloom Die Set – Vases & Places 2 as the focal point. A wonderful example of the many ways you can use these cute freebies!
Heather Nichols created a super shiny celebration using Foil it – Playful Patterns for Easy Strips with one of our Easy Strips Maps to build a bold, foiled background. She finished it off with layered balloons from the Birthday Balloons Stencil & Die Combo and a festive sentiment to tie it all together!
Lori Craig has a light and bright card using Foil It – Playful Patterns for Easy Strips! She added a playful pop with glittery stars from the Star Stacklets Die Set making for a fun and festive focal point.
Emily Mydlowski created a rainbow striped card featuring the Foil It – Playful Patterns for Easy Strips! With bold rainbow stripes and gold foiled Easy Strips, her project is full of color, pattern, and pure crafty joy.
Deby Bauer paired a few Easy Strips with a birthday background to craft this pretty-in-pink celebration card! It’s a sweet and simple way to add color, texture, and joy to a birthday design.
TE Designer, Sue Banker created a bright rainbow card! She used rainbow foil on her Easy Strips between the solid colors and added a cascade of colorful enamel dots to draw your eye right to the sentiment.

TE Designer, Susan Block used the new Playful Patterns for Easy Strips 2 to add patterns to her strips using the colors from our new sampler pack, Trendy Rainbow!
