Fresh Inspiration for Familiar Favorites
Hi Crafty Friend, Taylor here! This week we have our Help Us Move (Less) Sale as we get ready to move into our newly expanded space here at TE headquarters. To help us move fewer boxes, we’re offering great prices on great crafty supplies that would much rather head to your craft room than make the move with us.
I’m sharing some refreshed inspiration from our Creative Team to help you imagine new ways to use these familiar favorites included in the sale. A fresh color combo, a new layout, or a simple twist can make older products feel exciting all over again, and that’s exactly what this inspiration is meant to do.
Click below to shop the sale and scroll for inspiration. We won’t be hosting live videos this week, so I hope you take this time to slow down, enjoy the holidays, and soak up a little crafty calm. We’ll be back with more fun next week, and I can’t wait to create with you again!
Take a peek at the fun projects from some of the TE Creative Team! Get a closer look and discover ideas to incorporate into your own crafting. Click on the inspiration to hop over to the creators’ blog to read more about their designs and techniques.
Emily Mydlowski kept her designs clean and thoughtfully simple! She turned the Deck the Halls Create-in-Quad into an elegant wedding card and gave the Around Town Christmas Layering Stencil a fresh seasonal feel by switching up the color combos for a winter look.
Jill Hawkins created two joyful cards! She used Filigree in Flight to create a beautiful card. She used Play on Words – Holiday and gave it a fresh twist by using the word “joy” in a warm color combo. Paired with the smiley faces from the Smiley Squad Stamp & Die Combo, it becomes a cheerful, non-holiday thinking-of-you card!
Heather Nichols showed how fun ways to use these products beyond their original theme! She used the Butterfly Wishes Clear Stamp to create a soft, thoughtful thinking-of-you card, then gave the Create-in-Quads – Deck the Halls Stars a whole new look by blending red, white, and blue to turn it into a festive Fourth of July card.
Melody Rupple showed how fun and flexible these products can be! She used the Create-in-Quads – Deck the Halls Stars and coordinating Cutting Plate to make a sweet first birthday card, with an easy number swap that makes the design simple to personalize for any age. She also used Create-in-Quads – Hexagons to create a funky, modern card with lots of graphic interest.
Lori Craig created two very different designs! She used the Peace With In Die Set to create a thoughtful card that works beautifully for sympathy. She paired the Triple Slim – In the Kitchen stencil with the Stacked Cups Die for a bright, kitchen-inspired design filled with visual interest.
Deby Bauer created two bright, cheerful cards! She used Baking Spirits Bright to make a happy new home card, then paired the Triple Slim – In the Kitchen stencil with the Top Shelf Dies to create a bold, colorful thank-you card that feels warm and welcoming.
Thanks so much for stopping by! We won’t have another blog post until the new year. We hope you have a wonderful holiday, Merry Christmas, and we will see you in 2026!
