Gone Fishing ATC

This is my ATC for Group 3 of the A Muse ATC swap I’m hosting. I used the A Muse Gone Fishing sentiment and this cute little A Muse fishy. I masked off a portion of the white background and brayered Cool Caribbean on the bottom portion to create the water. I used Tempting Turquoise marker to draw in the waves. The fishy is colored with Yoyo Yellow, Only Orange, and Gable Green markers and popped up on a dimensional. I hand drew the fishing line and hook. I just realized the hook doesn’t have a worm on it, but you get the picture, right!? 🙂 I used my Creative Memories circle cutting system to cut out the sentiment and then I highlighted parts of it with white gel pen. I’ve already started receiving ATC’s in the mail and they look great! So fun!! Just a reminder to those who haven’t mailed their ATC’s yet, they are due to me by May 31st! Also, please do not use metered postage. Metered postage is when the post office prints your postage from the meter. This postage has a date printed on it and sometimes the post office does not allow me to mail metered packages on any day other than the day the postage was printed. Please just have them put the appropriate number of stamps on your return package instead. Clear as mud? *wink* Hope you all have a great day! It’s almost Friday… woo hoo!!
