Whimsical Swap
It’s time again for another Freaky swap! I’m in the process of making 40 of these for a new catalog swap I’m participating in! This will be my second swap with an amazing group of super talented women and I’m hoping it meets inspection (and expectation!). The color combination is Certainly Celery, Blue Bayou, and Soft Sky. The background is stamped with Dotted. For the main image I used the flourish from Baroque Motifs, the small flower from Little Pieces, and the large butterfly from Garden Whimsy. The circles on the right side are from SU’s 1/2″ circle punch and embellished with silver brads. I cut out the wings of the butterfly and adhered it down the center so it would look like it was in flight. I also added Dazzling Diamonds to the white spots on the wings. It’s during time’s like these that I wish Stampin’ Up sold Stickles so I didn’t have to bother with the loose glitter! Nonetheless, I have survived yet another glittery mess and I think I managed not to inhale too much of it! And Jon got a good chuckle when he got home from work late last night to find me all glitterfied! LOL! Thanks for stopping by today! Hope you have a good one!
P.S. The winner of the MFT giveaway has not yet contacted me. If I don’t hear from her by tomorrow morning I will choose another name.
