Versamark Resist
I just can’t get enough of the Garden Whimsy set lately! I always seem to go back to the same layout with a little different way of embellishing. No matter though… as long as it turns out cute! This is another card I’ll be teaching at one of my classes later this week. It was inspired by this beauty designed by Cambria. I’ve been wanting to teach a few resist techniques so this is what we’ll be creating to learn Versamark resist. I wheeled the Whimsy jumbo wheel in Versamark on glossy paper and brayered over the top with Certainly Celery. Then I stamped the butterfly in Pixie Pink over the Celery layer, cut out a Pixie Pink butterfly, and adhered over the top. There is Crystal Stickles on the spots of the butterfly’s wings. The patterned paper is from one of those paper stacks I bought forever ago… I love it when I find a use for old stuff! The ribbon is May Arts from StarLitStudio. I threaded it through the horizontal slot punch and tied it off. The main image is up on dimensionals. Thanks for stopping by today! Stay tuned tomorrow for a project I’ve been working on… I’m so excited to share it!
