Garden Party Cards
Good morning! Today I have a few more cards to share that I made using papers and embellishments from the March kit at A Walk Down Memory Lane. The patterned paper and adhesive chipboard letters are part of the Making Memories Garden Party Collection. I love the felt flowers and the cute pink flower brad! I added a little rhinestone to the center of all the flowers and to dot the ‘i’ in spring. The spring sentiment is from a Penny Black stamp. The full stamp says “think spring”, but I just inked up the ‘spring’ portion. A relatively quick and easy card that makes me happy! *grin* The second card also uses the Garden Party Collection of patterned papers and adhesive chipboard letters. The stamp is a mini acrylic stamp from Imaginisce. It’s not included in the March kit, but I believe you can purchase it separately at Lisa’s store. I stamped the image in Chocolate Chip ink. The flowers and leaves are colored with Copic markers and then I added the fuzzy flower brads and rhinestone centers. The flower centers inside each of the scallops on the border are dotted with Crystal Stickles. The friend stamp is from Stampin’ Up’s Everyday Flexible Phrases. That’s about it on these cards! Make sure you check out Nichole and Amy’s Papertrey Ink sneak peeks! And stay tuned tomorrow for Cupcake Friday and challenge!
