Stamp a Sweet Impression – Sneak Peek Day 1
Good morning! The first official sneak peek day has finally arrived and I’m so excited to share the new Stamp a Sweet Impression sets with you! We have worked so hard to bring you three super cute, versatile, and unique holiday stamp sets like nothing you already own! Today, the Baker’s Dozen Senior Design Team and I are bringing you sneak peeks from Season’s Sweetings. There are so many options for sweet scenes with the stamps in this set. It was so hard to decide which images to use, so I just made two cards! lol. Both of the cards use cardstock, patterned paper, and embellishments from the new Christmas Key Ingredients (details on that coming tomorrow!). I colored the images with Copic markers. You’ll notice the cupcake that is “tangled in trimmings” was intentionally colored blue… that’s the boy cupcake. *grin* The girl cupcake
can’t be bothered to get down from the ladder to help. LOL! The scalloped border on the Merry & Bright card was punched with the Fiskars threading water border punch and the sentiment was embossed with white EP. For those of you who aren’t familiar with the Taylored Expressions stamps, I thought I would do a little recap of what I shared last month regarding the stamps. They are unmounted, deeply etched rubber in a *cute* shade of pink! One of the most valuable features of the TE stamps is that they come on EZ Mount cling cushion (which has a lifetime guarantee) and they are already die cut. Each set will come closely trimmed so there is no need to spend your time cutting out the images from a sheet of rubber! The stamps can be used with one of our gridline
acrylic blocks for perfect placement. FYI: I took this photo with black ink on the stamp for better visibility. There have been a lot of new products recently added to inventory at the TE store and I want to highlight one of those products each day this week. Today I want to highlight the new Candy Dots from Pebbles, Inc. Do you remember those candy dots you used to eat as a kid, or maybe you still eat them as an adult!? You know… the ones that come stuck to a piece of paper and you inevitably end up eating parts of the paper just to get that sugary goodness inside your mouth? LOL! Pebbles, Inc. has manufactured these fun candy dots in twelve different colors for your crafting pleasure! They are self-adhesive and make the perfect cupcake cherry embellishment (see R
udolph cuppie above), flower center, scalloped border embellishment, etc. Note: these are for your crafting pleasure only… they are not edible! 🙂 Click here to check out all the candy dot options! Thanks for stopping by for the first day of sneak peeks! We’ll show you more sneak peeks tomorrow and then the sets will be available for purchase at Taylored Expressions starting on Friday at Midnight EST (that’s 9pm Thursday night for those of us on the west coast!). Check out the SASI blog today for a cupcake-alicious creation from Charmaine and you definitely don’t want to miss the rest of the Season’s Sweetings sneak peeks from the Senior Design Team:
