Today is our very first JustRite Blog Hop, but it definitely won’t be our last! I’m excited to show you what I made using the new Recipe Borders & Centers, a new JustRite release that is available now. I started with the apron cutout and created a little pocket out of Cosmo Cricket Honey Pie patterned paper. I used my scalloped border punch for a little extra detail on the pocket. I also added a rhinestone to each scallop. Then I printed off the a simple recipe card I created as a Word Document and added one of my favorite recipes, Cranberry BBQ Chicken. I stamped the Bon Appetit border inside the square with Memento Ladybug ink. Then I stamped the ‘main dishes’ center in Memento Bamboo Leaves ink, punched it out, and popped it up inside the border. I also used one of the original JustRite borders “From the Kitchen of” for
the front of the pocket. I signed my name inside the circle for a little personal touch. I think this would be a super fun way to give special recipes to the bride-to-be or to set out next to your dish at a potluck!
