Velvet Photobook & Card
When I first started scrapbooking I must admit that I used a lot of stickers! Then when I dove into stamping it seemed stickers were just unacceptable….until now! I just love these Stampendous velvet stickers! The designs are really intricate and the lucious velvet will dress up any plain project. I started with a photo album that I picked up on clearance at Target (gotta love a bargain!). I added a black Damask flower to the corner and used my Cuttlebug letters to spell out ‘photos’ on the cover. Then I just added a few Tiny Twinkles to some of the holes in the flower design and some May Arts organdy polka dot ribbon. Seriously… this album took 10 minutes from start to finish and it’s so much more fun to give than any old plain album! Then of course I had to make a card to go with it! I used two more of the Damask flowers included in the package of stickers along with some black crystal swirl rhinestones for the card. I used the same polka dot ribbon and dotted each scallop with a clear Tiny Twinkle. The sentiment is from the Verve Visual Fancy Florals set. The card was another 10 minute creation! My time for crafting is pretty limited on the weekend so I love quick projects that I’m still proud to give! Thanks for stopping by my blog today! Hope you all have a wonderful weekend!
