TESC91 – Let It Snow
Happy Friday! I decided it was time to prepare myself for the inevitable snow by making a snowy sketch card today! After living in Southern California for the last four years, I think we’re in for a rude awakening when that first snow arrives…not to mention the first time we actually have to get out and scoop the driveway! :)If I’m looking on the bright side, my card is a *pink* snow card so it can’t be that bad! I used the adorable Parka Penguins set from Our Craft Lounge for my card. I stamped the images in Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored them with Copic markers. Then I added some Clear Spica Glitter pen to Ms. Penguin and some Glossy Accents to the ice. The patterned paper is from the Cosmo Cricket Jolly by Golly 6×6 paper pad and I added a few black snowflakes with a stamp from the same Parka Penguin set. The image needed something more to set it apart so I spritzed a chipboard snowflake with Cherry Metallic Maya Mist, cut it in half, and created a frame for the image.
