Thinking of You

Good morning! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! Our neighbors have a tough week ahead of them so Jon and I delivered flowers and a card last night to let them know we’re thinking of them. I love how simple it is to make a wonderful card using Discover Your Wings! I started by stamping the silhouette flower image in Colorbox Dark Brown ink onto Choice Buttercream cardstock. Then I spritzed the background with Orange Maya Mist. After letting that dry for a bit I stamped the butterflies in Pumpkin Spice ink and added a few orange rhinestones. I cut out the sentiment with a Labels Trio die from Spellbinders and popped it up on foam tape. I added the wide May Arts ribbon to the bottom and faux stitched around the image panel.

I'm curious about the "faux stitching"… it looks real to me!

Fabulous card! Love the colours and how the butterfly overlaps the sentiment a bit. I'm sure your neighbours appreciated your thoughfulness.

Taylor – It was great meeting you and your crew at CHA. You are lucky to be surrounded by such a great group of talented and sweet ladies (and Jon, of course–who CAN pull off the fuschia look!). They are wonderful goodwill ambassadors for you! Your make and takes were fabulous. When I showed my friends what I had made there was a lot of ohhhhing and ahhhhing and "will you make one for me?" going on! Thanks!

I was at CHA too. It was my first time and I had a blast. Taylor, your booth was great and your team working with you were awesome. My friend who is a die-hard supporter of another major stamp company was impressed with your stamps and artwork too! So glad I had the opportunity to see the real person behind the stamps and the web-site.

I stopped by your booth twice! It was the first one I wanted to go to & I got all my cuppies. Then I had to come back for markers later. The make & take was really adorable & a lot of fun & your staff was terrific!

I was there and it was so exciting! I was so glad to meet you all and everyone was so genuine and friendly to me, even your hubby was helpful with questions behind the register.
