TESC131 – Celebrate the Season
It’s Friday!! And I think that deserves a big WOOT! It’s been a busy and exciting week here at TE and I’m ready for the weekend (even if it means packing orders!). But Jon and I will be taking a break to head to the Des Moines World Food Festival! Does that sound yummy or what? The caramel apples on the homepage that I linked above are making me drool! Also making me drool…. the thought of drinking the Appletini on my card! *grin* I started by stamping the image from Merry Little Cocktail in Memento Tuxedo Black ink and coloring it with Copics. I added a Christmas tree stick pin (from the Tinsel & Twig Project Pantry kit) over the top of the stir stick in my drink and tied with a little Baker’s Twine bow. I colored the ornament twice, cut it out, and popped it up on foam tape. Then to 
finish off the image I added some Lime Stickles to the drink. You can see all the little details better in the closeup photo below. The patterned papers I used on the card are from the Snow Day Project Pantry kit. To finish it off I added a little red glimmer ribbon from my stash.
