Good morning and welcome to the third day of sneak peeks for our November Release! It’s definitely feeling fall-ish around here as we’re expecting snow later today (I guess that would actually be winter-ish!). Waahhh… I’m not ready for snow!! But I am ready to share more new goodies with you today! I probably sound like a broken record, but I don’t want anyone to miss out on the prizes we’re offering during this release so make sure you check out all the details of the release below:

• We have sneak peeks to share Monday through Wednesday.  All of the new products will be available for purchase on Thursday, November 3rd at 8 am PST. You’ll find it all in the Fresh out of the Oven Department at the Taylored Expressions Store.
• Join us as a fan on Facebook for an early peek at the stamp sets, as well as a SPECIAL Facebook GIVEAWAY, on Wednesday night beginning at approximately 6 pm PST.
• Mystery Baker’s Dozen Blog Giveaway: Each day, one lucky blog commenter will be chosen by random draw to win a $10 TE Gift Certificate.  Winners will be chosen from a different Baker’s Dozen blog each day and will be announced on Taylor’s blog on Release Day!  Be sure to hop around to see all the sneak peeks and leave comments on each blog for more chances to win. Limit one comment per blog per day. Comments close Wednesday 11/2 at 7pm PST for the drawings.

My first sneak peek project uses a new full-size set called Thankful that was concepted by Jami Sibley and illustrated by Doug Applegate for our Lasting Impressions collection. Can I just say that I love the way this card turned out!? I started with another deconstructed sketch by Jen Shults. I stamped the pumpkin image and sentiment onto Choice Buttercream cardstock with Memento Rich Cocoa ink. Then I colored the pumpkins with Copics and cut it out with the Spellbinders Deckled Rectangles die. With the die still in place I airbrushed inside the die line with Copic marker. To finish off my image panel I added Glossy Accents to the pumpkins. The patterned papers are a combination of MME Vanity Fair 6×6 pad and the Crate Paper Farmhouse 6×6 pad. I added a bow with olive and cream polka dot ribbon and used the new Mini Leaf Dies and added a few little leaf sprigs behind the bow. The rest of this set includes 15 images and sentiments that can go super cute or elegant. They’ll be perfect for showing your thankfulness throughout the year!

My second card uses the latest addition to our Word A la Carte collection illustrated by Nancy McKinney! We all need thank you cards for our stash and this sweet and simple stamp will do the trick! I stamped the ‘Thanks’ in Memento Rich Cocoa ink and colored it with Copics. I added a large brad to the center of the sunflower, Crystal Stickles to the bee’s wings, and a coat of Glossy Accents over all of the letters. The patterned papers are from our October Key Ingredients kit (Crate Paper Farmhouse collection). I added bit of brown crochet trim and two more leaves from the Mini Leaf Die set. After cutting the dies I traced the impressed veins with Luscious Lime smooch to bring out the detail even more.
