Rice Cereal… A Yummy Experience
Good morning & Happy Monday! It has been a while since I shared about Madelyn so hopefully y’all don’t mind a little step into our world these days! We recently started feeding her rice cereal and it has been quite an experience! And of course we had the camera poised to capture all the special moments of her first taste. I was prepared for her to turn her head away from the spoon and give me a grunt of disapproval, but she did just the opposite. She opened up her mouth and made a dive for the spoon! I wasn’t quite ready for her enthusiasm so the first bite ended up spilling down her bib (thank goodness for bibs!). But we quickly got the hang of it together and she’s been enjoying her rice cereal everyday since! Here’s one of my favorite faces:
A few weeks ago I enjoyed an entire day of cropping at my local scrapbook store and I had fun putting the moments of Madelyn’s first bite into a layout.
