What’s the Deal – NEW Markdowns!
Good morning & Happy Monday! Can you believe it? It’s Monday and I’m blogging… that never happens! I hope you all had a great weekend! I had a great time hanging out and catching up with my college roommate. We made brownies, watched chick flicks, and did our nails just like the good old days! And I had a little time to get crafty last night after she left for home (but before The Good Wife started). Anybody else totally addicted to that show? I LOVE IT!
Today I wanted to let y’all know that we’ve just taken fresh markdowns and our What’s the Deal department is totally stocked up…over 150 items on sale but only while supplies last! There are so many great things on sale that I made a “What’s the Deal” card last night combining several of the products from the sale department on this card. I started out with the October Afternoon Campfire patterned paper and Karen’s Sweet Sunday Sketch #156. A lot of patterns in this paper pack are great for boy cards so I decided to pair it with the Moka Justin stamp set. I stamped Justin in Memento Rich Cocoa and colored the image with Copics (BG45, BG49, YR14, YR18, R39, E31, E34, E55, E57, YR21, YR23, E000, E21). I used a lid from something or other that was sitting out on my table in order to trace and cut out the half circle on the top of the image panel. I stamped the ‘Dude’ sentiment onto a Kraft tag from the April Key Ingredients kit and attached it to the image panel with a Pyrus painted brad. In the background I used the Bumpy Road border punch for the scalloped detail from the sketch. I roughed up the orange cardstock layer with my fingernail and then adhered the card together according to the sketch. The cardstock colors are Intense Orange, Intense Kiwi, Intense Teal, and Choice Buttercream.
So… which items are on sale? You can find the Campfire patterned paper collection, Bumpy Road Border Punch, and Pyrus Painted Brads in the What’s the Deal department. Hope you all have a great day and happy sale shopping!
