Hey there! Today the Baker’s Dozen and Key Ingredients teams are joining together to share their awesome inspiration using the September Stamp of the Month, Key Ingredients kit, and coordinating dies! The collection we’re featuring with this month’s kit is Chalkboard by We R Memory Keepers. I’ve really enjoyed playing with this unique color combination paired with the chalkboard patterned papers.

Here’s the card that I made combining the Key Ingredients Kit, Stamp of the Month set, and the coordinating dies, This Way to Smiles:

I started with the general layout and then die cut the arrows from several different cardstock colors and one of the chalkboard patterned papers. I adhered them at different heights along the top of the card and then pieced the inner portions with different colors/patterns. Since the name of the patterned paper collection is Chalkboard, I thought it fitting to use a sentiment from the Chalkboard Elements stamp set. I stamped the flowers in coordinating ink colors and cut them out with the matching dies. Then I tied a knot with ribbon and added a bow with Ivory Twine (which is a little tough to see in the picture).
