We have a mix of cool new goodies to share with you today! We honoring Mom with a Graphic Greeting, adding to the Pawsitively Purrfect and Big Bold collections, and introducing some really unique dies! My project today uses the In Flight Cutting Plate and Overlays. This is one of those products that you must see in action so I recorded another little video to share the fabulous!
This cutting plate was born out of my love for a beautiful swarm of butterflies. I’ve seen lots of artwork including handmade cards with butterflies of various shapes and sizes all perfectly aflutter. Yet when I would sit down to achieve the same look (despite the innumerable amount of butterfly punches and dies I have) I could never quite get them perfectly placed. At the end of my effort I was left with scads of punched butterflies and a lot of frustration. And so the idea for this cutting plate was born…something that would give you a perfectly aligned swarm of butterflies without all the work!
The butterfly wings cut out while the body stays attached to the base. So all you have to do is pop out the wings for instant dimension!
