Guest Blogger: Michelle Woerner Day 2
Hey there, crafty friends! Michelle Woerner is joining us today again as this month’s Guest Blogger. Her work is just so gosh darn pretty and she’s super nice, to boot, so we are thrilled that she is sharing with us today.
Michelle’s Notes: For today’s project, I created a matching card and gift card holder set using TE’s Ray of Sunshine Cutting Plate and Rosy Posey stamp set.
Michelle’s Notes: For my card’s background, I took advantage
of the double-sided patterned paper I used by flipping it over and mixing and
matching the “rays”. For additional variety, I embossed some vellum
cardstock for the remaining rays.
Michelle’s Notes: To give each flower a 3D look, I
stamped it 3 times, die cut it and left it complete for the bottom layer. Then, I trimmed it smaller on each additional layer. For that extra sparkle and
dimension, I added Stickles along the outer edges of flower layers.
Michelle’s Notes: Gussy up a plain bag with a simple
coordinating cardstock band, stamped image and some ribbon to make a fun
and quick gift card holder!
Thanks so much, Michelle, for taking time out of your busy schedule to create and share with us!
