Introducing: Cuddles + a Giveaway!
Happy Friday, crafty friends! We hope you are gearing up for a fun weekend full of crafty goodness. It’s an exciting day because today we are announcing our newest puppy stamp set and we wanted you to be the first to see the latest addition to the TE family! To celebrate, we’re having a GIVEAWAY, so keep reading for details…
You may recall that we ran a survey over on our Facebook Page asking for suggestions on breeds for our next puppy set to join our Pawsitively Purrfect line of products, and we were so delighted by the comments and photos submitted by our fans. It was difficult to narrow down all the wonderful suggestions to just a single puppy, but after much discussion we came to a concensus and are now thrilled to reveal him to you.
So without further ado, please welcome…Cuddles!
For this special reveal we invited some of the industry’s top designers to spend a day in our studio where they could ‘play’ with Cuddles. The creativity was flowing so fast we could barely keep up with taking photos of their projects! Check out some of our favorite cards from our time together!
Taylor kicked things off by letting Cuddles run wild for some fresh country air. We love how she used our Build a Scene dies to create a wonderful outdoor scene. Her clever use of tiny jewels for the ‘mess’ left by our sweet puppy is one of those perfect details that really make a card special!
Jill took things to the next level with her awesome card that places Cuddles outside near his favorite tree. Here, Jill used our Birch Tree Border in the foreground, which really added depth to the card. Her coloring skills are amazing and we just adore the darling fur coat — so post-modern!
Designer Susan kept her card super sweet and we love how she used Cuddles in a card that is just perfect for Mother’s Day! The soft pastels from her choice of paper are a nice contrast with the pop of bright pink that really brings out the pink in Cuddles’ ears. L-O-V-E!
Jill had such a blast making her first card that she designed a second! What a terrific get well card — this punny pup would brighten anyone’s day! We think Jill’s choice of gray sky was simply brilliant and you can just imagine Cuddles frolicking among the big, happy blooms planted around his charming little dog house.
Talk about sending some sunshine! Leslie’s cheerful card features Cuddles enjoying time on a well manicured lawn created using our Grass Border die. For this card, please ignore mom’s advice not to stare at the sun. It’s a beautiful piece of art!
When we first saw Stephanie‘s card, our jaws dropped! Her coloring choices are so trendy they nearly left us speechless. Don’t you just adore how she incorporated social media into her sentiment? This is definitely a “Like” for us!
Meredith combined her mad coloring skills with the art of collage on her Cuddles card and we could have spent hours just looking at all the little details. Beautifully textured, her multi-layered card makes use of textiles, paper, buttons, and even wood!
Amy‘s springtime card really welcomes in this season’s equinox in style. From the pink accents on Cuddles to her little pink bird to the pink petals on her flower, Amy really paid attention to the little things. And, her choice of orange patterned paper really brought things together!
We always get requests for more masculine stamp sets and we were thrilled when Jon decided to take Cuddles for a “walk”. We were so wowed by the depth perception he achieved with just a few pen strokes on the sidewalk outside this urban barber shop. The lettering on his hand-drawn sentiment may just get turned into our new favorite font!
Last, but certainly not least, our Cuddles’ illustrator, Charlie, nearly bit off more than she could chew when she decided to tackle her Cuddles card by creating her own lovely living room scene. From her felt sofa to the wall art, she really crafted the perfect home for our new puppy!

Did you catch the fine print on the packaging for Cuddles? It being the first of April, we just couldn’t resist. Go ahead, admit that for at least a split second you thought that this was a real set and then thought that we’d lost our minds! Our team in Ankeny had a ball being our design team for a day and creating works of art with this friendly pooch, despite Cuddles being hard on the eyes. We hope the talented ladies on our real Creative Team don’t feel threatened…ha! ha!
