• Tracy

I don’t really decorate for summer, although we have some summer placemats.

  • Sheila H

I decorate with flowers, bright colored candles, and a spring wreath on the front door.

  • Theresa Farrell

I use the patriotic theme from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The Front Door Die Set is awesome…wonderful details. I also like using the watercolor as the backdrop for the flowers…very pretty.

  • Judith Strausbaugh

I love to decorate by making a new wreath for the front door and to change my flowers around. I don’t have a green thumb so I add new artificial flowers that look real. Also, I love decorating for the 4th of July – one of my favorite holidays. Love all your new items and the floral set looks awesome. I do want to try the inkpads. Thank you for your inspiration.

  • Barbara T

I decorate my cube at work by the seasons with cards and wall hangings

  • ErikaS

I decorate outside with potted flowers, flags, and birdhouses.

  • sarah

I live in an apartment so I keep it fairly simple. Flowers on my door and table, my favorite artwork on the wall, throw pillows and glass and ceramic I have collected. Love the fresh florals!

  • Vinita Jain

I love to decorate my house with lovely indoor green plants which really makes the place look alive! Also I like to read on my porch swing in the summery evenings!

  • D.Ann C

What fun new goodies and precious projects!!
I don’t change the decorations of my house for summer other than to bring in blooming flowers. I decorate me with cool clothes, a nice pedicure and flip-flops. lol!

  • Michelle Nutter

Sadly, the most I do for decorating in the summer is changing out my tray insert. I just have trouble making summer decorations!

  • Kathy J in Ellicott City

How do I decorate for summer, I have various patriotic items that I place around the house. I change out my basket liners with patriotic fabric and I have a patriotic tablecloth.

  • LC

I’m excited to see the bright summer colors and fun products that are a part of this month’s new release! Today’s featured projects are fabulous! Especially the gorgeous doorstep! Beautiful flowers and a few kitschy summer signs are pretty much the extent of my summer decorating. I do, however, enjoy having a brightly colored table setting when welcoming friends and family to summer gatherings.

  • Taunya Butler

FANTASTIC cards – love the new colors and the way everything looks just makes me so tickled!! Awesome and super cool! For the Summer I decorate with bright, summer-y colors during June and then in July I decorate with Patriotic decorations – I have a little table by my Living Room window that I put my little Holiday tree on and them arrange framed prints and knick knacks by!! Have a wonderful day – thanks for all you do!!

  • Jean Bullock

I don’t really decorate at all but if I did it would involve flowers and cute hummingbird feeders and fun planters. Oh, a few gnomes under little beach umbrellas would be fun.

  • Debbi Vasel

Summer is a time where we spend time taking day trips here and there.
I love using lots of candles for decorating in the summer and strings of lights.

  • Lori

I add a fun wreath with patriotic colors to my front door.

  • Julia L

How do I decorate for summer? I take down the Christmas stuff! LOL. We don’t really do that much decorating but I do have different seasonal wreaths I put up on our porch. Around fourth of July I have a wooden flag that I put out.

  • Julie S

Flowers in pots on the deck and bright, summery colors in the house.

  • Shona Chambers

We don’t really decorate for Summer, its more about having all the windows and doors open all the time which is so nice and cooling. Even at night!!!

  • MargeryC

I love the new mini ink pads and refills. So bright and cheery. I appreciate they fit in the Tim Holtz containers. I don’t decorate for summer. I’d rather spend the money on stamp stuff like TE’s June release 🙂

  • Mutzy Mia

I love decorating for the seasons! In summer my living room is done in a combination of red/white/blue and bumble bees. My kitchen is done in a beach theme with shells, little lawn chairs, a sandcastle made out of porcelain, a blue wire lighthouse, etc. I go with a color scheme of blue/white and an occasional pop of yellow. On the front porch it’s white wicker with red geraniums and occasional flags. Thanks for the chance to win!

  • Louise W

I decorate my deck in a tropical theme. I have fake palm trees and flamingos everywhere! I live on a lake, so it looks cool!

  • Sharon D.

Oh what fun summer products! I have a garden flag by the front door I change according to seasons & events, plant some flowers, and in my entry I decorate with flowers, birds & pictures for the summer.

  • Helen Gullett

I decorate our house with living plants, flowers and Orchids for the Summer.

  • Carey Nusbaum

I decorate with bright colors and lots of flowers! I also have some beach themed items decorated here and there!

  • Carri Daugherty

I like to decorate with bright colors and LOTS of flowers!
    I love this floral set!

  • CAROLYN Clabaugh

I plant pots in my yards with petunias & geraniums and other flowers that I buy on impulse. I don’t do much different inside my home.

  • Connie Solis-Garcia

Since I love all kinds of flowers, I have a lot of them! I plant them in planters for the front of the house, I have roses, irises, peonies, sunflowers, and a spot for all sorts of annuals! It takes a lot of work, but it looks so pretty! So, I REALLY love the cards that you’ve made with the release stamps!

  • Nancy Sue

I go all out for every season. Summer decorating includes flowers, dishes, candles and any thing bright and cheery.

  • Susan Lang

The sun is always shining in Nevada for me, but for summer, I do change some of the flowers to yellow ones. I love yellow flowers. This looks like a great release!

  • susan hatfield

I hang multiple pots of flowers on the porch! Taylor, this release is going to be all kinds of fun and I can’t wait to try the new inks!

  • Lisa K

In summer, I try to add flowers inside the house. If I can clip a few to put in a vase, I am happy, but I will also pick some up at the store. My front porch and deck both have flowers at the moment. Love this new release! Those inks are a wonderful addition as well as the stamps.

  • Becca Yahrling

I have different wreaths and different garden flags that I hang for each season and/or holiday including the summer time. And even though the official first day of summer isn’t until 6-20 this year, the weather says it’s here today! Guess I’ll go change my décor. Thanks for the gorgeous inspiration of your fabulous new products today.

  • Jan Elmore

My best summertime décor comes from flower bouquets from the flower garden. I hang up the flag, plant petunias and zinnias and bring in flowers-large and small. It’s simple but everyone seems happy to have a bouquet around!

  • Janet Cobb

Spring/summer wreaths on my doors and lots of hanging and potted plants on every flat surface, in addition to an 8 x 8 flower bed in my front yard.

  • TracyM #6773

LOVE EVERYTHING about your DELIGHTFUL hello card – EVERYTHING!!!
Summer is Christmas for us and we have a HUGE wreath that we hang our front door. I have to confess that our door isn’t a pretty teal one, just varnished wood 🙂

  • Kathy D

Decorate for summer? Geez now I feel like an underachiever! I haven’t planted annuals YET. Maybe next week.

  • Susan Lewis

I plant flowers in my pots and have a couple hanging baskets. My new favorite is a pot sitting on a old wire chair. Wyoming has a short growing season, so I try and get all the color I can for the short time we have. I love how the ink pads and paper match!

  • Maye M.L

My hubby and I decorate with plants, including our small edible garden. In addition, this year one of our roses has been so productive, we have brought flowers inside. Lovely release, Taylor. Cheers

  • Eva Wierzbinski

I’m a sucker for doors (I have many framed photographs of doors decorating the inside of my house). So, the door card is a favorite.

I decorate the outside by having hanging plants/flowers; summer wreath on the light fixture; and we have a wrought iron stand that I put beach-themed items (like a jar of seashells).

  • Janet Ingraham

Actually the only real difference is putting out potted plants and putting on shorts and sleeveless shirts. My sister puts me to shame redecorating her whole home inside and out.

  • Jan Tinklenberg

We have some geraniums in pots and usually a wreath next to the door. I usually make my wreaths myself, and the one for summer is getting a bit old and beat up, so it might be time to make a new one.

  • Cynthia Clark

Usually we do at least one home update each summer. This year I’m getting my first actual craft room! A few annuals thrown around and that’s it.

  • Rebecca Ednie

I add some of my seasonal mixed media to the wall near my front door. That’s about it!

  • Mary Beth Krakowski

I start out May and June with nurses, this year is 45 years since graduation from nursing school. Then I move to red/white/and blue. August I switch to back to school. I love changing decorations.

  • Jmatis

My summer decorating is minimal. I collect teddy bears and have one by the front door that has a seasonal wardrobe so he wears his summer outfit.

  • barb macaskill

LOVE the idea of a teal door! If our house wasn’t blue I would convince hubby to paint ours teal!! I am working on red for our door because it signifies good luck!
We don’t really decorate for summer other than putting out our patio furniture, keeping the lawn mowed, making sure the pond/waterfall remains looking clear and keeping the flower beds weed free. That is enough to keep us busy till bedtime each night. Hubby works full time and due to bad health and our 4 year old granddaughter with me almost 24/7 I don’t get to help out much with yard work but I am very good at delegating! LOL
Hubby loves to make me happy and dotes on me and I know how lucky I am to have him! He is a good man and I love him dearly!
Looking forward to seeing lots more of the new release and each day’s question!

  • April Rogers

The farm decorates itself with all the beautiful flowers, fruit and babies… Love the green grass and blue sunny sky. When it isn’t raining. LOL Got to love Oregon weather, if not wait 5 minutes and it will change. 😉
As for painting the front door- RED! Neighbor did his in bright blue.
    XO Nana

  • Barb O.

Taylor, thanks for the inspiration and the opportunity to win these fabulous products!I like to plant as many brightly colored flowers in the gardens around the house and then cut the flowers to put in vases in the rooms throughout the house.

I love the new colors of the hybrid ink pads!

  • KT Fit Kitty

Oooh, these are beautiful! As for decorating for summer, our flowers and shrubs are our decorations so it’s pretty easy! Thanks for your giveaway! One of these days I will be seeing my name as the winner!

  • Barb O.

Taylor, thank you for the opportunity to win these fabulous products! I love the colors of the new inks!

I like to plant as many brightly colored flowers in my garden as I can and then cut them to put in vases throughout the house!

  • Gilda (McStamper)

the releases are fantastic. About the only decoration I do for summer is a red, white, and blue USA wreath for the season.

  • Gloria

I decorate with flowers and plants outside and I decorate my greeting cards inside.

  • Kathleen Reilly

I do not decorate for the summer. And your cards are beautiful

    Kathleen

  • Joan Stoneking

Fun sneak peeks! I love the Door to Door set! I decorate for summer outside – lots of annuals, mixed in with the veggies in the big garden in front. Lots of color, time to enjoy the patio nearby, clean and fresh.

  • KimKaz

I start with Memorial Day – red, white & blue through July 4th & usually until Sept. But, this year I am busily stitching up some nautical themed items & decor is all about big fish (aka whales!) I’m a crab (July BD) so no wonder I just love the sea theme.

  • Connie g

I use fresh flowers and change up some of my candles and rocks in glassware.

  • Brandi R

    Beautiful cards! Wonderful new release.

Decorating for the summer? Um…..I let nature take care of that…LOL. My Hostas, Solomons Seal, and Lily of the Valley pretty much take care of my front yard 😉

  • Kathy

Of course there are flowers outside, on the inside I decorate with my seashell collection all around the house!

  • Blue Kube

Does cutting the grass count as decorating?
Decorating your cute door dies would be fun. I’m loving the Fresh Florals. What a pretty card with those pretty inks!

  • betty lou

Beautiful cards! Not much decorating around here! We live in the country, so the view from the windows is the extent of our decorating…trees, birds at the feeders, flowers, and all the animals (cows, horse, sheep, etc.)!!

  • Janet Sisk

I mainly decorate the front of my house with lots of annuals. This year I planted red geraniums and miniature zinnias in assorted colors. I also have 2 hanging baskets with red geraniums with a vine with white flowers coming down. I also decorate my door according to holidays such as July 4th. I am very excited at what you showed us today as far as new products go. Thanks for a chance to win, too! 😀

  • karen briguglio

I don’t really change my indoor decor for summer, but I did buy planter boxes and filled them with gorgeous flowers for our wrap around front porch. We also go to town and plant flowers in the backyard, along with tons of tomatoes and basil – More of a natural decorating, lol!
    Karen

  • Traci Davis

Outside I put pretty flowers in my gardens, planters and pots all over the yard. Inside I hang banners, pinwheels, garlands and have nic nacs in red, white and blue. I keep them up from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

  • Ann K

Outside gets a color boost with annuals; the sunflowers I planted in my garden will help brighten things in August!

  • Jen Petersen

Fabulous cards! For summer decorations I have a shelf I have a part of an old door painted teal and then some wood flowers. Outside I am attempting to grow flowers 🙂

Adorable cards! I don’t do much decoration, just some flowers from my garden here and there.

  • Tami French

I am off to look at the DT blogs. I like what I see so far. Congrats on the new ink.

I do not decorate for summer. I know bummer right. It is too hot here in OK to enjoy summer too much 🙂

  • Laraine R

Fabulous cards! I don’t do alot of outside decorating for summer. I do bring in all the winter decorations.

  • ionabunny

Love the garden stamp and dies. Summer is garden time so all my decorating is flowers, vegetables and as few weeds as possible. Hugz

  • Kathleen

I decorate with flowers, a Spring/Summer wreath for the Front Door and I have a small quilt stand that I change the little quilt each month. These cards were really nice. I am loving the new products!!!

  • Colleen Howell

I only really decorate for the 4th of July, and we hang flags and maybe some banners. We do buy some plants and flowers to put in the yard.

  • Brian Poteraj

We put up a flag, put the cushions on the patio set, and add flowers to several rooms in the house.

  • Sharon Gullikson

Flowers all over the house. That’s about it…

  • Crafty Math Chick

I don’t decorate for summer. At the end of winter I take my pine boughs, pine cones and woodland critters down and put out some bunnies & birdies who stay out until about September, when they are replaced by fall & Halloween decor. I’m much more of a fall-winter person than a spring summer person. Sorry Taylor!

  • Kayla

I actually take the summer off from decorating. I do so much for the fall and winter because family comes over that spring and summer are used to relax and not worry about it.

  • carol

Living in a townhouse with ‘strict’ regulations, I don’t have much leeway for decorating (sad face!). If I did…I’d have a lovely spring wreath, filled with gorgeous summery florals, hanging pots of petunias and oodles of flower pots of various kinds. And, I’d have a garden…a big garden! Dreaming, dreaming! The sneak peeks are amazing!
    ~carol

  • Jen

Well, I don’t actually usually change out my decorations. My apt is decorated in gold & glitter…w a touch of teal and purple. SOOOOOOOOOO, there is NO reason to swap out the glitter…it is a year round decoration

  • Lin Brandyberry

I don’t decorate inside nearly as much as I used to, but, come June, the bunnies from spring get replaced by Teddies wearing red, white, and blue, and I bring out little flags and a birdhouse that matches them. And like some have said above me, I bring in flowers from the garden as often as I can. Love the new embossing folder this release, along with the Fresh Florals!

  • Lynne Jardine

I don’t really decorate for summer, other than adding vases of fresh flowers from my garden 🙂

  • Tricia T

I don’t usually decorate much for summer – some Patriotic cross stitches are usually the extent – but this year my daughter and I made some beginner indoor Fairy Gardens at an event at the library, so they’ve been a fun addition to our decor.

  • Arianna Barbara

Awww!!!! Such gorgeous cards!!!! I love to decorate with bright colours, like orange and green mint, my house: pills, glasses, dishes and with sunflowers, my favourite, everywhere!

  • Christine Dring

Oh my goodness, these cards are all so amazing!! I love to decorate using potted plants, flags, a big wreath on my front door, and whimsical decor in the flower gardens. (Ex. Mr. Potato Head riding a tricycle! LOL!) Thanks for the chance to win some goodies!

  • Paulette Still

I love this Welcome card! So cute with the flower pots and wreath on the front door. You know, I used to love to decorate the house for each season or holiday, but the last few years it’s been hard to find the energy to juggle grand babies and decorate too. Last year I used all American red white and blue decorations that spanned the months after April clear until September and Labor Day! Sadly, this year my Easter stuff is still sitting on the side lines in the Kitchen! I’ve got too much stuff in my closets, to poke it all back in and find what’s next. This year 2016, I’ve invested in some plants and annuals for the front and back porch and that’s pretty much my decorations for Summer. LOL. Thanks TE!

  • Julie L

    Beautiful, fun cards!!!

I decorate by planting more flowers! I love when it blooms and my yard is full of colors!

    with flowers in it
    or a wreath made
    with flip flops.
    Carla from Utah

  • Sue D

I decorate with flowers and herbs and patriotic decor on the holidays.

  • Jennifer Story

I decorate for summer with lots of cool blues and aquas and seashells.

  • Chris L

Everything today looks amazing! I decorate for summer by changing my Welcome Sign by the front door (my summer one has flip flops!), and changing the placemats and tablecloth to summery ones with bright colors! And lastly we bring the ice cream maker out of storage for the summer and put it in the kitchen!

  • Karen

I love to decorate with fresh flowers in summer, especially from the local farmers’ market. The types and colors of flowers change throughout the months, which keeps things fun and fresh. It’s just like your products and colors — they change and that keeps them fun and fresh!

I decorate with flowers, flowers, and more flowers, both real flowers out of our garden and handcrafted paper flowers out of tissue paper, crepe paper, etc. Love your new release.

  • Teresa Doyle

Beautiful, colourful (and I do LOVE bright colours!) cards!
Aside from a few flowers outside and lawn furniture, I am a minimalist when it comes to decorating. As for inside the house, I prefer to purge “stuff” when I spring clean and only decorate with fresh cut seasonal flowers as summer progresses right now my house smells like fresh lilacs.

  • Michele

    I plant flowers !!! 🙂

  • Phyllis Freese

Great new summer products. I plant flowers in planters in front of my house for summer and put up hanging baskets of flowers.

  • Isabel Z

What beautiful new additions to the TE shop. I just realized that even though I decorate for the other seasons, I really don’t do anything for summer. I’ll have to remedy that.

  • Sue McRae

For summer I planted Snapdragons in my front planter. I have some Dahlias in pots on the deck and a couple of hanging baskets with mixed flowers.

  • Phyllis

For summer I used bright colors of spray paint on my patio furniture. Orange is my favorite. Lots of flowers and some fun patio lights make an oasis for the summer evenings on the back porch.

  • Ruth Dupchen

Flowers…I love flowers and in the summer nothing is prettier then a bunch of flowers. So I decorate with flowers. This month is very special because all the roses in our rose garden will be in bloom.

  • Joan

I go to Costco & buy flower planters! Very easy after years of trying to plant them myself!
LOVE the new colors & floral cards!

  • karenajo

Looking forward to all the great ‘sneak peeks’ !!! I love to decorate with flowers- pots and pots of them. I have many perennials in my yard too. I also press some for my friend who makes pressed flower pictures!

We live in the deep South and our home is done is coastal cottage, so it feels summery all the time. usually I put out a fresh summery wreath on the door since the heat and sun really take their toll on outside decorations.
