Peace. Joy. Love.
Happiest of Wednesdays to you, crafty friends! We hope you are staying warm and cozy. It is going to be a cold, cold winter (it isn’t already for you) … even our friends and family out in sunny California are feeling the chill! As we head into Christmas, we are thinking about all the things we wish for this holiday season. Shannon White designed a set of cards that pretty much sums it up: Peace. Joy. Love. Her beautiful cards are simple and easy to make and the perfect sentiment to share as the year draws to a close.
A Note from Shannon about her cards…
I needed just a few more Christmas cards for our ever growing holiday card list, so I just had to dig out TE’s Darling Eventful – Night Before Christmas Die. Just LOVE this die and it makes it so easy to create such a sweet, snowy scene, too! Helpful Hint: Use your TE Stitched Circles Stacklets Dies to cut out your Circular openings and save the pieces to use on future projects.
I adhered it with a bit of foam tape for some fun dimension onto my snowy background created with TE’s Saltwater Taffy cardstock that I shaded up with a touch of TE’s Sprinkles Matched Premium ink and embossed with the Snowfall Embossing Folder. I colored the ‘snow’ with my White Sharpie Marker. To finish them up, I just stamped my In & Out Christmas Sentiment with TE’s Oreo Premium Hybrid ink and colored in the sweet little heart with my R46 Copic Marker to match my Cherry Pop Cardstock bases.
Thank you so much, Shannon, for sharing these lovely cards with us today! For more of her work, please visit Shannon’s blog, Enchanted Ladybug Creations. Have a peaceful, joyful, and loving day!
