Welcome, Sweet Little Ones!
Hey there, crafty friends! Did you have a beautiful last few days? I was so inspired by all the amazing projects from last week’s Clearly Planned new release and today I get to share two more projects from our talented Creative Team — and this time it’s raining babies! Designers Shelly Mercado and Shannon White have crafted two darling cards using our Wishes on a Wire series of stamps and they are so cute! I think we are all feeling a bit of baby fever around here…how about you? Check them out…
A Note from Shelly…
This cute baby card was made with Wishes on a Wire – Easter and guess what? After masking off the sentiment, I swapped it out for one that comes from Mama & Me! Super easy with a Misti stamp tool. The image with the bunnies was too cute to not use as a baby card. I colored the image with Copics, using colors that are good for both a boy or a girl. I love the Lots of Stars Embossing Folder and used it as my background. I added a chunky clip and bow tied out of twine to finish the card.
Next up is Shannon White with another darling baby card!
A Note from Shannon…
Is this the Sweetest little Baby image ever? I just love TE’s sweet Wishes on a Wire – Baby stamp! And this project was right on time too as I have a friend that is expecting and she just found out she is having a girl! Yay! As always, I colored up my darling image up with my trusty Copics and added a fun cloudy background with TE’s Cloud Border Die, Sprinkles Premium Matched ink and a small stippling brush. I adhered the image to my Toffee cardstock cardbase and pretty patterned paper. And to finish it all up, I topped it off with a negative die-cut piece cut with TE’s Stitched Circle Stacklets to give it a fun frame. I sure hope she likes it!
What new mama wouldn’t love this sweet card? Thank you Shannon and Shelly for sharing such wonderful baby cards! Tune in tomorrow as Shannon shares a beautiful handmade gift idea here on the Blog. In the meantime, have a joyful day!
