Amy Kolling created two styles of cards using Hex Effects! Her first design features bold black hexagons as a focal point, stamped with floral silhouettes from the A Year in Bloom collection. She pairs the dramatic contrast with a soft, muted green background for an elegant look.
Her second card shifts gears with a vibrant color combo and an asymmetrical layout that feels fresh and fun. The playful arrangement of hexagons adds movement and energy, creating a lively birthday design full of personality.
Jill Hawkins brings the color with two bright rainbow Hex Effects cards! On her first design, she uses the Hex Effects Cutting Plate Die to create stitched hexagon shapes in her panel, then adds vibrant color to the center area with the Hexagon Layering Stencil for a bold focal point.
Her second card layers in even more texture by combining the Hex Effects Die with the coordinating pattern die to create detailed white hexagon pieces. She then arranges colorful hexagons across the card, popping some up for added dimension and playful depth.
Heather Nichols created both an A2 and a Mini Slim card with Hex Effects! For her A2 design, she followed the TE Maps – Hex Effects layout, popping up a few of the hexagon pieces that form the center of a geometric flower for added dimension.
Her Mini Slim card uses the Hexagon Layering Stencil. She blended color onto her panel, added a touch of splatter, then cut a few hexagon pieces to pop up for extra visual interest and depth.
Melody Rupple created two adorable cards using Hex Effects! Her first design has a cozy, quilt-like look, complete with sweet little hearts and a sentiment from the Sew Many Wishes Stamp Set.
Her second card features a fresh color combo that feels like a big basket of strawberries! She layers the “skeleton” from the Hex Effects Cutting Plate Die over her blended hexagons, creating a crisp white outline around each shape for added definition and dimension.
Jen Shults created two cards with completely different color stories using Hex Effects! Her first design is deep and bold, blending the hexagon shapes onto her panel with the Hex Effects Layering Stencil. She adds a few detailed hexagon pieces cut with the coordinating die for extra texture and visual interest.
Her second card takes on a more muted, rustic feel. She follows the layout from the TE Maps – Hex Effects to layer her hexagons, then adds flowers and sprigs to create a warm and thoughtful thank you card.

Lori Craig created two cozy, quilt-like cards using Hex Effects! On her first design, she uses the Hex Effects Piercing Plate Die to add a stitched hexagon pattern to the background, then layers patterned die-cut hexagons in the center to create a charming focal point.
Her second card features stitched texture from the Quilted Cutting Plate Die pressed into the background panel. She follows the TE Maps – Hex Effects layout to build her design. Both cards are finished with sentiments from the Sew Many Wishes Stamp Set and a sweet bundle of string wrapped under the sentiments for a homespun touch.
Deby Bauer created two bright and cheery cards using Hex Effects! Her first design features a bold, happy color combo. She layers the “skeleton” from the Hex Effects Cutting Plate over her patterned panel to outline each hexagon in crisp white, then adds the Mega Messages Die – Hey There as a standout focal point with an ink-blended backer for extra pop.
Her second card takes on a softer, quilt-like feel. She uses the Hex Effects Piercing Plate Die to create subtle hexagon texture in the background, then blends color into the shapes with the coordinating stencil for a smooth, dimensional look.
