Hey, hey, crafty friends! It’s day two with our fabulous week with Guest Designers, Noriko Fairchild and Valerie Ward and I cannot wait to keep sharing their projects! Today, it’s Noriko going solo with two beautiful cards that you will not want to miss. Noriko has a wide range in her style — from super sweet to amazingly elegant — and these two cards show off the latter to the nth-degree! Check them out…

For the first card, Noriko took our new Iconic Wishes – Christmas stamp & die combo and stamped and embossed it with gold embossing powder. It’s an image with a lot of solid real estate, so embossing makes for lovely results. She cut a window for the ornament using our fan favorite Lattice Frame Cutting Plate and added some pretty, die-cut snowflakes to stunning effect! Her sentiment on the inside is quite fitting for her nearly all-white card, don’t you think?

Next up, Noriko abandons gold for silver with another beauty of a card.

Stunning in silver and Poppy Seed, this card uses our new Snowed In Background, heat embossed to match the embossed deer from our Beauty Lies Within die. Adding the simple Noel die to the front makes this card really sing. And below, Noriko shows off the In & Out Christmas sentiment that looks gorgeous in silver. LOVE!

Thank you, Noriko, for sharing these two spectacular cards with us!

Now, I hope that you will all join me again tomorrow as Valerie Ward shows us a pair of cards featuring our brand new and super fun If Snowmen Could Talk set!
