Kids at Heart Week: Tween & Teen V-Day Fun!
TGIF, crafty friends! All this week, I’ve been sharing projects that are just perfect for kiddos, including our super fun Kid Kits that we debuted yesterday! Today, as we head into the weekend, I’m sharing some cards that would be great for tweens and teenagers. They are still cute, but not too cute, because teens might be looking for something a little more ‘grown up,’ but are still kids at heart! Today I’ve got just the perfect thing with our Brush Stroke Valentine stamp!
In the card above, Creative Team Jean Manis created a graphically striking card with our Conversation Hearts Embossing Folder and Filled With Love stamp & die combo, letting the Brush Stroke Valentine image be the star in bold Oreo ink. To get that awesome background, Jean inked the embossing folder before running it through her machine.
Next up, Melody Rupple created this awesome card that would be just great for a teen guy with it’s red, white, and black color theme. Melody heat embossed the Brush Stroke Valentine in silver which looks just terrific over the Woodgrain Background stamped background. The Cherry Pop Sweet Script die-cut is such a terrific pop of color! And I love how Melody added the little silver-embossed “heart” from How Sweet It Is. I love this rockin’ card!
I hope you have a fantastic weekend! Do you have any kiddos you’ll be creating for?
