Release Re-Visited: Patterned Love
Happy Wednesday, crafty friends! This week, I’m sharing projects created by our wonderful designers that make terrific use of products released last month and I can’t wait to show them off to you! Today it’s all about using patterns in your creations and first up is this gorgeous card by Noriko Fairchild. Check it out…
Noriko’s card is a study in creating patterns with both shapes and color. First, Noriko sponged on a lovely ombre pattern in shades of pink. Next, she used elements from our recently-released Sitting Pretty – Valentine Accessories die set to create a pattern, layered over each sponged section. This really is a card that is a labor of L-O-V-E!
Next up, I’ve got a card from Gayatri Murali that is so much fun to create I know you’ll want to make one, too!
Gayatri colored up one of the sweet images in our Watercolor Panels – Valentine set — this is one of my favorite images ever! Then, Gayatri made use of our 6×6 Patterned Paper Pack – Playful Patterns Valentine and a couple of our fan favorite stitched dies to great effect. I love how she combined all the different patterns together without it turning into a crazy mess! Instead, she’s crafted a wonderfully fun card just perfect for V-Day.
Drop by again tomorrow for more Love Day Release fun!
