It’s inspiration time! Here are a few projects created by members of the TE Creative Team using stamp & stencil combo sets:
Jen Shults is ready to celebrate with this birthday card that she created with the Party Time Stamp & Stencil Combo set. The red rubber background stamp includes the main hat backgrounds and Jen inked them up in multiple colors using mini ink cubes to stamp the image on Toffee cardstock. The stencils add color to the hat patterns, add the hat toppers and brims, and add the confetti that goes in between the party hat images. The ‘happy birthday’ sentiment from the Oh My Word – Happy Birthday stamp set is stamped with Sugar Cube ink on Toffee cardstock and cut out with the coordinating die to finish off this quick and easy card.
I used the Cozy Winter Stencil & Clear Combo set to create a pile of mittens for this set of mini slim holiday cards (Heather Nichols). I stenciled the large mittens (both left and right) in the set using Cherry Pop and Spearmint inks, stamped details on the mitten cuff using Poblano Pepper ink with the clear stamps in the set, and added glittery stripes to the mittens with Happy Medium – Red Glitter. The background is embossed with the Snowfall embossing folder and stamped with ‘merry, bright, & cozy’ sentiment. I scattered snowflakes across the cards cut out with the Make a Snowflake dies for a finishing touch.
How cute and fun is the Argyle Stamp & Stencil Combo set used on a Christmas card?? This set was originally designed to use with projects with a more masculine look, but by changing up the colors and details you can use the argyle pattern on other card styles too! Emily Mydlowski embossed the diamond grid pattern in silver and added the stenciled diamonds with Cherry Pop, Granny Smith, and Poblano Pepper inks. The cute little critters are from the Little Critters – Christmas stamp set and they are peeking out above the ‘wishing you…’ sentiment from the Modern Holiday Greetings stamp set.
