I am so excited to share this cute summer card with you that I created with several of the new Summer release products. Watch how I created this card from start to finish in the video below – including how I created an interactive element!

In the video, I show you how to use the Cool Pool Rotating Stencil to create pool water with Salt Water Taffy cardstock, Cookie Monster embossing powder with Versamark ink, and Confetti Cake ink. I am so excited about how easy it is to create the look of water with this new stencil! The images from the Pool Party stamp set are stamped with Oreo Ink, colored with Copic markers, cut out with the coordinating dies, and I added a few highlights and sparkle with a white gel pen and Sugar Cube glitter. I also share how to create an interactive element with the girl on her floatie so she can spin on the card – make sure to check that out in the video!

The interactive element is created with the On the Right Track Discs and our foam sticky circles to allow the girl in the floatie to spin around on the card. It’s easy to do and so much fun to give!

Cut out the images from the set with the Pool Party die collection.

Bring a reflective pool look to life with the Cool Pool Rotating stencil! Simply blend, then rotate the stencil 180 degrees and blend again! Experiment with embossing and adding glitter paste for extra sparkle and shine.

How sweet is the pool scene on this card created by Kavya? I love how she used the Brick by Brick stencil to create a pool deck and added the pool inside a Stitched Frame Stacklets 1 die cut. The images from the Pool Party stamp set are colored with Copic markers with white gel pen highlights and Kaya added water to the pool with the Cool Pool Rotating stencil. You’ll learn more about the ‘hi there’ sentiment that Kavya used in just a little bit!

Melody Rupple‘s card created with the Pool Party stamp set makes me feel like a tropical vacation! Melody added the girl from the stamp set to a watery background created with the Cool Pool Rotating stencil. The water is stenciled onto Salt Water Taffy cardstock with Confetti Cake ink, rotating the stencil 180 degrees to create the overlapping effect. Across the top of the card, Melody added lots of tropical leaves cut out from Lime Zest cardstock with the new Tropical Leaves die collection that you’ll more about a little later in this post. The ‘aloha’ sentiment is from the new Hello Sunshine stamp set.

Create three different Mini Slim card fronts in minutes with our Triple Slim Boho Summer Layering Stencil & Clear Stamp Combo set! The Triple Slim Boho Summer set artfully mixes half-circle shapes and coordinating designs to create truly unique patterns. Simply place your 5 3/4″ x 9 3/4″ cardstock panel within the etched guidelines on each stencil and apply the medium of your choice. Use the coordinating clear stamps to add even more pattern and color to the look Then cut the finished panel into thirds to reveal a family of Mini Slim card fronts!

Add spectacular dimension to your cards with the Mini Slim Half Dots Cutting Plate die. This die can be used alone to create a varied half dot pattern or use it with the coordinating Triple Slim Boho Summer set to create an even greater depth of color and dimension.

I am crazy about the color combination that Lori Craig used to create this set of Mini Slim cards with the new Triple Slim Boho Summer Layering Stencil & Clear Stamp Combo set! Her color combination is Passion Fruit, Banana Cream Pie, Macaron, and Avocado. The card on the top right also features an overlay cut out with the Mini Slim Half Dots Cutting Plate die – I love the dimension that it adds to the card. The sentiments are from the Boho Hellos stamp set that you’ll hear more about shortly.

Jill Hawkins used the Mini Slim Half Dots Cutting Plate die on its own to create this colorful Mini Slim card. Jill cut out the Cutting Plate from Sugar Cube, Dijon, Pumpkin, Lollipop, and Peaches ‘n’ Cream cardstock. The colors are inlaid into the white frame piece and then Jill added zig-zag stitching to a few of the circle designs. The ‘miss you’ sentiment is from the Boho Hellos stamp set – more information on that stamp set below!

Our Boho Hellos stamp set is designed to work perfectly with our Triple Slim – Boho Layering Stencil & Clear Stamp Combo set, but can also be used alongside many other of our stamp sets to create a delightful card! The fun and flowing fonts will make eye-catching cards for a variety of occasions. Sentiments include:

• You Are Amazing
• Oh Happy Day
• Happy Birthday

Cut out the sentiments with the coordinating Boho Hellos die collection.

Emily Mylowski included sentiments from the Boho Hellos stamp set on this trio of cards created with the Triple Slim Boho Summer Layering Stencil & Clear Stamp Combo stamp set. Emily stenciled the designs with Confetti Cake, Peaches ‘n’ Cream, Dried Fig, and Tropical Punch inks. The cards are framed with thin frames cut out from rose gold foil cardstock using the Mini Slim Thin Frame Cutting Plate die. I love how Emily took one of the panels and added it to a Dried Fig card base stamped with the Rainbows All Around stamp to create an A2 sized card.

Add a tropical, summery look to your cards with the Tropical Leaves die collection. This set includes 5 different styles of tropical style leaves in varying sizes to create to create great dimensional effects. Pair these gorgeous leaves with any of our sentiment stamp sets and your card is sure to brighten anyone’s day!

Jen Shults used Piñata alcohol inks with our Alcohol Ink Cardstock to create a watery background for this tropical summer card – I am in love with the look! She gathered together several leaves cut out with the Tropical Leaves die collection from Cilantro, Peapod, and Lime Zest inks. The leaves are added to the bottom art of the background along with the ‘hello sunshine’ sentiment from the Hello Sunshine stamp set (more on that stamp set below). The finishing touch on the card is a few Bits & Pieces – Clear Drip Drops.

Make summertime stamping a breeze with sentiments from our Hello Sunshine stamp set! The delightful, easy-going fonts are perfect for staying in touch with friends and family over the summer and other times of the year. Sentiments include:

Heather Nichols created a pair of Mini Slim cards that feature sentiments from the Hello Sunshine stamp set. She embossed the sentiments in white on vellum and layered them over backgrounds created with the Tropical Leaves die collection. The leaves are cut out of Spearmint, Peaches ‘n’ Cream, and Honey cardstock and shaded with Mocha ink. The cards are framed with thin frames cut out with the Mini Slim Thin Frames Cutting Plate die and Heather sprinkled Bits & Pieces – Clear Drip Drops through the card design to complete the look.
