Happy Friday and Happy Cupcake Day! Big thanks to Jane Bosi for this adorable cupcake image! Isn’t this little mouse about as cute as they come!? And the frosting in his hands makes me chuckle! Thanks for those who left a comment telling me the manufacturer of this stamp… it’s Whipper Snapper! The colors are Cool Caribbean and the orange is Bazzill Basics cardstock, but I’m unsure of the exact color. The patterned paper is Crate Paper. I colored the image with Prismacolor pencils and blended with gamsol and stump. The frosting is covered with stardust Stickles. Then I added doodling around it and the little celebrate sentiment from Everyday Flexible Phrases. I punched the corners with the ticket corner punch, one of my favorite new punches and added the brads on the orange layer. The polka dotted ribbon is from Michael’s, the background is stamped with the retired Paisley Print stamp, and the It’s Your Birthday sticker is a chipboard topper by Bazzill Basics. And then tomorrow is the rubber stamp convention in Carson! Another YAY! And then Sunday I have a huge box of new SU! stuff waiting to be unpacked, mounted, and played with!!
