Spooky Witch
Halloween is one of my favorite holidays to make cards for!! Too bad it’s not a big card sending holiday… but I send them anyway! This has to be one of my favorite sets for Halloween! It’s a new set in the ’06-’07 Stampin’ Up! Catalog called Booglie Eyes. Emily (WaterPixie) let me stamp some images from her set, but it’s definitely on my list of must haves…. like *right now* must haves. LOL!
The card base is Lovely Lilac stamped with Seeing Spots in black. The patterned paper is from The Angel Company. I colored the witch with Prismacolor pencils and blended with gamsol and a stump. I don’t know how I lived so long without the scallop punches… I use them all the time! Finished it off some piercing and white gel pen detail, a little doodling, and some ribbon. The seniment is from my Karen Foster snap stamps. There is stardust Stickles on the witch’s shirt and hat and the image is up on dimensionals. It seems I can’t make a card lately without using dimensionals. Anybody with me on that one!? 🙂
