Be Mine Valentine
I have several customers who order cards from me and this is one of the Valentine cards I offered. My aunt got me started in selling my cards and then she told her friends who told their friends who told their friends. So this little part of my business really took off just by word of mouth. I have to keep these pretty simple because of the number of orders I need to fill and the short turn around time I have to make them all. The heart stamp with the circle border is a Michael’s $1 stamp. I colored it with Rose Red, Regal Rose, and Pretty in Pink using an aquapainter. Then stamped it all in Versamark and covered it with Irredescent Ice embossing powder. The heart stamp and layer are cut out with the Creative Memories circle cutting system. I wheeled the background with the Lots of Hearts jumbo wheel. The patterned paper is from a Provo Craft slab and the Be Mine sentiment is a Joann’s $1 stamp. I think this is actually one of the first cards I’ve made using $1 stamps… I love to buy ’em, but then I just don’t use ’em! Is that a crime?? 😉
P.S. If you ordered ribbon, check out this post. I spent several hours last night packaging up the ribbon. If your name is highlighted in green, that means your order shipped today! ENJOY!
