Items of Interest…
Lots of little items of interest to post today. First of all, I used www.random.org to generate a random number from the posts on yesterday’s card. Tandra Boyer is the winner of one of my PaperTreyInk designs! Tandra, shoot me an email and I’ll send this out to you right away. Thank you to all of you who chimed in about PaperTrey! I agree… Nichole’s sets are versatile, coordinating, easy to use, and just all around *cute*!
Secondly, DeniseLynn who left a comment on my post yesterday about your home for sale in Grand Rapids…. please contact me. I know I had your email at one point, but I can’t find it again. I think I may have a potential buyer for your house….. ME! 🙂 We’re just starting to look for houses in the Grand Rapids area and I’d love to chat with you about it.
Third, yesterday was a happy mail day! I received 10 large boxes full of sticky tape… 520 rolls to be exact! This isn’t my full order but it’s allowing me to get a great start on shipping your orders out to you. Please continue to keep an eye on this thread. When your name is highlighted in red, this means your order has shipped. Let me know if you have any questions!
And last but not least, I created this spring birdie card in hopes of more spring weather! It’s cloudy today, but I can’t complain because it is warm! The bird stamp is a $1 acrylic stamp by Rhonna Farrer that I got at Joann’s. I colored the bird with Prismacolor pencils and colored the background with aquapainter. Then I drew in a little grass using a Certainly Celery marker. The patterned paper is the new Scenic Route Laurel Collection. You’ll be seeing much more of this because I LOVE IT! I got mine at Eclectic Paperie. The Certainly Celery background is stamped with Technique Tuesday Petal Pushers and the Think Spring sentiment is Penny Black. The polka dot ribbon is May Arts and I got mine from StarLitStudio. Hope you have a springy day! 🙂
