I have decided that waking up at 4 a.m. is a form of torture! LOL! Aside from the early morning, yesterday was really fun! I didn’t have much time to see the show and I forgot my camera (waaaaahhh), but I did get to stop by the Tattered Angels booth and see my amazingly talented friend Vicki Chrisman! She showed me the wonderful Glimmer Mist product and all of the cool things you can do with it! I ordered a few colors from eP earlier this week, but I *need* more! It is so fun and easy and you can get such a variety of looks by combining the colors, brayering, spritzing near and far… the possbilities are endless! I have been dying to stamp since we moved, but my room just didn’t seem to magically organize itself so I had to work on that first. On Sunday, it was finally unpacked! I had more than one color of ribbon to work with and I had finally found my paper piercer! *grin* I am so behind on sending out thank you cards so I sat down and made a few on Sunday (not nearly as many as I need, but I’m trying to focus on the positives!). I just got the Fancy Florals set from Verve Visual and hadn’t had a chance to play with it yet. This set just begs to be sponged and distressed so I did that on my first card. It also lends itself well to clean lines and bright colors. I’ll share that card later this week! That’s why I love this set… so versatile and so many coordinating elements!
