Today is Day 4 of the countdown to the release of FIVE new sets from My Favorite Things! The sneak peeks today are from the set It’s A Jungle. You can purchase it at My Favorite Things or Eclectic Paperie on October 1st. I don’t know why, but whenever I see an elephant stamp I want to make a baby card. I couldn’t make the baby thing work for this card so I went with the Don’t Forget sentiment in the set. The inside says “I Love You.” The card base is Certainly Celery and the patterned paper is Heidi Grace Paradise Point – Pinstripe. I love all the Heidi Grace papers that Eclectic Paperie just put in their store… especially the flocked ones! How cool is that!? Make sure you check ’em out if you haven’t already! I’m also lovin’ the wide satin ribbons lately! I only have brown right now, but I’m thinking I need some in every color! Yes… NEED! LOL! The jumbo pewter brads are from Stampin’ Up. The second card isn’t my usual style, but I just couldn’t resist creating a scene with all the leaves and branches included in this set. The leaves are stamped in Versamagic Tea Leaves and Stampin’ Up Always Artichoke ink. The monkeys are colored with Prismacolor pencils and covered with Caramel Latte Fun Flock.
