A new do…
I went to an Aveda salon on Tuesday night to have my hair cut and colored. I love Aveda products, but Aveda Salons are a bit pricey for our budget so it’s a special treat when I have my hair styled there! When I got back home I realized that I looked nothing like my old blog picture and it was time for an update. So I had Jon snap a few pictures of me in the backyard before I left for work this morning. This is me and my new do! I have naturally curly hair that I’ve been fighting all my life. I always wanted straight hair! You know… “grass is greener” syndrome. I’ve decided to stop fighting the curl and let it do what it wants. Plus, it’s much quicker and easier to style and I’m not damaging my hair with a flat iron every day. I also decided to color it a rich, dark brown since winter is approaching instead of the red/blonde highlights I had for summer. Anyway, probably much more information than you wanted/needed to know about my hair! LOL! So… what do you think? I’ve been busy designing all week, but I have nothing I can show yet. Stay tuned tomorrow for Cupcake Friday! Mmmmmm……mmmmmm….. good! 🙂
