Asela’s Reindeer
Last night I was able to sit down and create for fun!! There are always other things I *should* be doing (like DT stuff, prepping for craft shows, laundry, dishes, and other household chores), but it’s so therapeutic to create without an agenda or restrictions. I used one of Asela’s new Christmas images from Cornish Heritage Farms! Isn’t it adorable!? I love this image! The card base is also stamped with the Weave Backgrounder from CHF. The image is colored with Copic markers. I created the snow with a mix of glitter and white liquid appliqué. Apply the liquid applique first, sprinkle glitter over the top, and heat. As it heats, the glitter combines with the liquid applique and you get glittery snow! I stamped the background of the image with the small snowflake from the retired Stampin’ Up set Snowflakes. The cardstock colors are Mellow Moss, Cranberry Crisp, and So Saffron. The patterned paper is Bright Polka Dots from the C’est La Vie Collection by My Mind’s Eye. The satin ribbon is May Arts from Star Lit Studio. I’m lovin’ the wide satin ribbons lately! And last but not least, the merry wishes sentiment is from The Angel Company. I covered it with a piece of A Muse creative candy. Thanks for stopping by today! I hope you all have a wonderful day! Please continue to keep Southern California in your thoughts and prayers! The winds are supposed to die down a little and the temps are dropping a bit too. Hopefully this will help the firefighters get these dangerous fires under control. Check out the eP blog as well for good news from Daisy!
