Whipper Snapper Cupcake
Happy Cupcake Day! Who doesn’t like a little cupcake with lots of yummy pink frosting!? Today is especially great because I took the day off work! I stayed up until 2 am last night since I didn’t have to go to work this morning! I’m a natural night owl and usually force myself into bed at 11pm each night or I will seriously regret it in the morning. But not this morning! I got to sleep in! Today’s yummy cupcake image is from Whipper Snapper. I colored it with Prismacolor pencils and blended with gamsol and a stump. The scalloped squares are from my Spellbinders dies… love those things! The card base was made using the Half & Half Scoop patterned paper from the One Heart One Mind Chocolate Raspberry Collection. The patterned paper is cardstock weight and patterned on one side/white on the other side, making it perfect for a quick and cute card base! I picked up the ribbon on one of those wooden spools at Michael’s. The sentiment is from the Stampin’ Up It’s Your Birthday set. I hope you all have a wonderful weekend!
