Beautiful Blooms
Good morning! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! My sister and I went shoe shopping on Friday night and I came home with five new pairs of shoes! Hopefully I can find some pictures of them online and I’ll post them in the next couple days. I’m so excited about them! *grin* Thanks to all of you who participated in my weekend cupcake challenge. You were all so creative and clever with the sketch and your choice of images. The winner of the Fingertip Craft Knife prize is Jennifer Tapler! You can check out her cute card here! For today’s card I used Papertrey’s Beautiful Blooms stamp set to create a One Sheet Wonder. I figure if I’m going to get out all the ink, stamps, and paper I need to stamp one background, I might as well stamp a whole sheet and make multiple cards! I used Papertrey Aqua Mist and Spring Moss cardstock, ink, and twill. The Bible verse from Everyday Blessings is one of my favorites: “Cast all your cares upon Him, for He cares for you.” 1 Peter 5:7. It is cut out using Spellbinder’s Classic Rectangle and Scalloped Rectangle dies. I used Stampin’ Up’s ticket corner punch to make room for the white brads in each corner.
