Just Rite Recipe Cards
Good morning! Today I have a little something to show you using the Just Rite Monogram Stamper! I used the “From the Kitchen Of” border with the DIY Curlz Kit to make a set of monogrammed recipe cards. I started by creating lines in a Word document and leaving an un-lined square space for the monogram. The DIY Curlz Kit comes with a wooden block, which I built my border and monogram combination onto. There are a couple reasons why I like using the wooden block… 1) You can ink the stamp in several different colors. I used three different inks on this one monogram (Colorbox Chalk inks in Olive Pastel, Rouge, and Warm Red).
2) It works perfectly for small projects (i.e. you’re not stamping tons of the same monogram). Just clean it on your stamp scrubber with regular soap and water or stamp cleaning solution. I tied up the set of recipe cards with grosgrain ribbon. This would make a great gift for anyone… especially for a bridal shower! I’m picturing a basket filled with a bunch of kitchen necessities and a set of personalized recipe cards to top it all off. I’ll be giving this set to my mom for her birthday in hopes that she’ll give them back to me filled out with all of my favorite recipes! LOL! Just kidding, mom! *grin* You can purchase the DIY Curlz Kit and the Kitchen border here. Thanks for stopping by today! Hope you all have a wonderful day!
