Birthday Wishes
Good morning! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! Once again, I had so much fun looking through all of your challenge creations! Thank you to everyone who participated! For today’s card I used Simple Little Things, the anniversary set from Papertrey Ink. This set was a gift to Papertrey customers who purchased at least twelve unique stamp sets from them during the first year. My inspiration for my card was this beautiful card by Becky Oehlers. I love the look of layering these images… especially in my two very favorite spring colors, Lemon Tart and Wild Wasabi. I stamped several images on Stamper’s Select White cardstock and punched them out with the 1 1/4″ circle punch from Stampin’ Up. The green circles are adhered directly to the white cardstock layer, the yellow layer is popped up on 1/16″ foam tape, and the sentiment is popped up on 1/8″ foam tape. I used baubles from Stamping Bella to accent the center of each circle. By changing up the color combination, this card would make a great masculine birthday card! Thanks for stopping by today!
